Exclusive Collection is a premium hospitality group, with hotels, spas and a pub dotted around the south of England. I worked with brand strategist Gerri Hansen and design studio eNaR on a brand refresh to provide greater brand consistency amongst all properties within the collection. My work included new tone of voice guidelines and training for the marketing team, new web copy, positioning statements, and copy for a new brand book.
